I have continued to discuss with landlords, possible places to stay in April and May. If not Verona or Padua, maybe Vincenza or along the coast. I found a wonderful 2 bedroom apartment in Riccione. This is on the Adriatic coast near Rimini on the main road to Bologna. It is available for April 25-May 31. $1750 euro for five weeks. That is a more than I want to spend if I am there by myself. My idea is that any guests would pay a share of the rent for the time there. If one person stayed with me a week, you would contribute $170 euro. That is a pretty good value.
Who wants to come share the cost for a week or two or three?

Irene, i'd love to pay for a week at least, maybe 2. I'll need to firm up the dates of my excursion to other countries, so let me know how close you are to signing the papers on the rental.
